I am opening up Chats on Substack today. Apparently “This is a conversation space exclusively for subscribers—kind of like a group chat or live hangout.”

I am not entirely sure how it works, but we will find out. My plan is to post short stats here, much as we used to do on Twitter and see how it goes.
